FMA Brotherhood Capitulo 25

Capitulo 25

Enjoy ^^

Chi Finds A Home

I can’t believe I just marathoned a 104-episode series about a kitten yesterday. Thankfully, each episode is just 3 mins long.

Chi’s Sweet Home is about a stray kitten that is adopted by a family with a young child, and the cute moments that she has with the family as she wins their hearts over. Pets are not allowed in that apartment, so hilarious moments occur when the family tries to hide her existence from their neighbours. In short, it’s like a diary of a kitten’s life.

What can I say? It’s about a cute kitty doing cute things in a warm, loving family. Nonetheless, it’s so adorable that it’ll take a stone heart not to go “awwwww~” while watching the series. Koorogi Satomi also did a brilliant job voicing Chi with an ultra-moe voice.

Highly recommended for those who just want a simple, light-hearted, feel-good series on a moe kitten, and a must-watch for those who love cats.

There is a second season Chi’s New Address, also 104 episodes of 3 mins, but I will watch it only after I finish Tears to Tiara.

Music: Rena Uehara - Until (Tears to Tiara)

Z jednym fragmentem miałam tylko drobny kłopot – chodzi o frazę “susuki no umi”. “Umi” to “morze”, a “susuki”?

RENA UEHARA – DO CZASU

Więc robię kolejny krok w podróży do wieczności

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex (complejo mantente solo)

Chapter: III-II GAMBIT Things get a little more complex, more characters are introduced, we see another side of Beatrice and get a nice plot twist. This chapter will follow Rosa’s story about killing the human Beatrice and conclude with the beginning of the first twilight. Rosa recounts of the story of twenty years ago, when she was still a child. At that day her mother scolded her pretty bad and so she decided to run away from the mansion. Having no way to leave Rokkenjima, she wandered in the woods in search of Beatrice the Golden Witch, as the legend had her, in hope she could grant her a wish. Getting deeper into the forest she finds an old mansion and decides to enter it. Drinking tea in its garden is no one else than human Beatrice, lacking her light blue eyes and instead having gray ones. Rosa apologises for entering her garden without permission. Beatrice asks her for her name, and she’s overjoyed to learn Rosa is a relative of Kinzo. She invites her to have tea with her. God, what’s with her? Beato is all moe-moe now… As Rosa describes her, she’s somehow childish and ignorant of the outside world. That’s because she’s been lied that wolves live outside and it’s dangerous to approach them, thus, forcing her to stay disclosed behind the fences of the mansion. Of course, Beatrice is surprised to be informed by Rosa that wolves don’t exist in this island. Rosa gets into explaining the concept of a zoo to her, which Beatrice finds similar to her position: being rised behind bars, in a cage. Despite everyone calling her a witch, she rejects that, believing she’s just a simple human. While she questions about her existence, Rosa asks her if she wants to go beyond the fence with her and walk outside. Beatrice immideatly responds to this and since there aren’t any wolves she accepts. As she stands up and asks for Rosa to leave- tic toc, time freezes. Witch Beatrice and Battler have moved into the old mansion now. The witch explains how this human side of her is nothing but a “cage” created to withstand her powers, made by Kinzo. He, who fell in love with her, bound her with such a strong barrier, so powerful the only way to break it was to discard her body. Battler refuses to believe it however, and she dissolves into butterflies. Renove (yay), comes to the rescue to enlighten Battler some more. He adds to what Beatrice said that her soul was captured, and so, given a new life as a human again. And now? Renove talks in red, confirming the existence of a hidden mansion called Kuwadorian in the forest of Rokkenjima. Battler questions the truth of the story about human Beatrice, which Renove decides to confirm in red: In the year 1967, in the hidden mansion, Beatrice existed as a human. Rosa and human Beato are now staring at the sea from a distance. As they walk down the cliff, Beatrice missteps, resulting in her falling on the ground and more moemoe. Rosa helps her stand up and they continue. Beato looks forward to seeing the sea from close but that was never meant to happen. You see, she was being careless again. Careless to the point of missteping to close to the edge of the cliff and falling doooooown. Not responding to her name when called out, Rosa rushes to where she fell. There lies her lifless body, covered in blood. As Rosa mourns, witch Beatrice is now free of her eternal boundry. Her soul is released of the body and her memories of being a witch return. However, her blue eyes don’t. What’s with that? Time freeze again. All three of them (Battler, Beatrice and Ronove) were present to see Beatrice’s rebirth as a witch this time. Beatrice confirms the lifeless body before them is cetrainly dead, and, that there are no more than 18 people on the island of Rokkenjima, much to Battler’s shock. Right now, he either has to suspect one of his own or blame it all to Beatrice’s magic. Moving forward to our time, Shannon is sitting outside after being proposed by George. Of course, she’s wearing the ring. Kanon and Genji come to pick her up, as Kinzo has called them all to his room. Upon arriving, they meet with Beatrice -who was playing chess with Kinzo- and Renove, who was also there. This isn’t the first time they meet, however. Renove turns out to be an old friend of Genji’s, and has seen Shannon in the past. That leaves us only with Kanon, which I assume joined Kinzo later than the others, since he was the only one not to know him. Beatrice has brought good and bad news to Kinzo on this day. The good news is that he managed to be reunited with her before the completion of her ceremony. The bad news, though, is that he was chosen to be one of the first six sacrifises of the first twilight. He aknowledges his lost is unavoidable, and as Beatrice check mates him, he burns into flames. Genji notices the ring on Shannon’s finger and assumes George gave it to her. He questions on whether she has any regrets to it, as they’re gonna get killed by Beatrice sooner or later. We see Shannon confident as usual, satisfied just by the fact she’s been treated as human for once. Putting that aside for now, Beatrice wants to play a game with Kanon. If he accepts and manages to defeat Beatrice’s furniture, the Seven Stakes of Purgatory, he’ll have the previlage to choose two of the five people who will escape becoming one of the thirteen sacrifices. Shannon attempts to stop him from doing it but she’s turned down by an emotional Kanon. Now he and Lucifer (The first sister of the Seven Stakes of Purgatory which Beato summoned) step forward. So full of herself, she puts up a fight but not for long; with that attitude of hers she couldn’t just beat Kanon. Beatrice congratulates Kanon on winning but Lucifer wouldn’t let it end like this. She transforms into one of these daggers and attempts to kill Kanon, who sacrifises his hand in order to block her and win once again. He asks Beatrice about his prize, but soon realises he had been mislead by her. The deal was about beating all of the sisters, not just one, as he believed. The rest of the sisters get summoned and transform into daggers. In an attempt to save her brother, Shannon joins the ‘fight’ and sets a barrier around them to protect them for some longer. Having recieved the ring by George, lived as a woman and protected her brother, she says she can die without any regrets. Of course, Beatrice is pissed off again by her actions, naturally. That girl tends to do that a lot lately… Jealous of Shannon having lived a fullfilled life, she oaths to crush them alive and torture them untill they finally die. That would never happen though. Genji walks into the barrier and gently takes both of the servants’ lives using his powers after command, so they could at least die peacefuly. He proceeds by asking Renove to do the same to him, ultimately turning himself into the fourth sacrifice. With four dead people on the ground there are only two sacrifces left. The sisters take off to accompish them. First one to be taken of is Gohda, and second to be attacked is Kumasawa, who seems to possess a big amount of magic power -enough to deflect the sisters’ attacks and ask them to bring Beatrice to her. They get enraged by how casually she adresses her, but nevertheless, Beatrice herself (Who arrived to the scene) doesn’t seem to mind. She introduces Kumasawa as her ex-teacher, the previous lady to hold the name of Beatrice. Golden butterflies surround Kumasawa as she shines brightly, transforming into her original appearance we’ve seen in the previous episode. - My thoughts: OK, one, human Beatrice was really moe moe. I was kinda hoping we’d get to see more of her… Meh. Now I wonder what’s with her eyes. As a child, they were blue. When she was reborn as human they turned grey, and following that, after becoming a witch again, they were still grey. How come the Beatrice of now has blue ones? Thinking they might’ve changed back to blue after Shannon broke the magic mirror, I checked episode six only to find the witch having her natural blue eyes… Not much Battler in this episode either. Meta Battler is kinda cornered again… I dont believe he can prove the murders were taken out without the use of magic. I don’t see any flaws… Kanon proved to be somewhat stronger than what I had imagined. Shannon was being *cough*useless*cough* again. And Genji’s power seems like quite the killer. With Kumasawa being the former Lady Beatrice, I’m wondering why has she joined Kinzo’s furniture and how did she die so easily on the first and second chapters… I also sense a 1 on 1 fight between her and the current Beatrice, as seen in the new opening. That’s pretty much everything for now, I’m off~ Akio

Episode III - II Gambit

Things get a little more complex, more characters are introduced, we see another side of Beatrice and get a nice plot twist. This chapter will follow Rosa’s story about killing the human Beatrice and conclude with the beginning of the first twilight.

Rosa recounts the story of twenty years ago, when she was still a child. At that day her mother had scolded her pretty bad and so she decided to run away from the mansion. Having no way to leave Rokkenjima though, she wandered in the woods in search of Beatrice the Golden Witch, as the legend had her, in hope to have her wish granted.

Beatrice asks her for her name, and she’s overjoyed to learn Rosa is a relative of Kinzo. She invites her to have tea with her. God, what’s with her? Beato is all moe-moe now…

Moe Beatrice, GETTO!

As Rosa describes her, she’s somehow childish and ignorant of the outside world.

Which visual novel does this remind you of?

Witch Beatrice and Battler have moved into the old mansion now. The witch explains how this human side of her is nothing but a “cage” created to withstand her powers, made by Kinzo. He, who fell in love with her, bound her with such a strong barrier, so powerful the only way to break it was to discard her body. Battler questions the truth of the story about human Beatrice, which Renove decides to confirm in red: In the year 1967, in the hidden mansion, Beatrice existed as a human.

Hooh...

The bad news, though, is that he was chosen to be one of the first six sacrifises of the first twilight. He aknowledges his lost is unavoidable, and as Beatrice check mates him, he burns into flames.

Charizard, use flamethrower!

OK, that may've been a bad idea...

He asks Beatrice about his prize, but soon realises he had been mislead by her. The deal was about beating all of the sisters, not just one, as he believed.

Pwnd

The rest of the sisters get summoned and transform into daggers. In an attempt to save her brother, Shannon joins the ‘fight’ and sets a barrier around them to protect them for some longer. Having recieved the ring by George, lived as a woman and protected her brother, she says she can die without any regrets. Of course, Beatrice is pissed off again by her actions, naturally. That girl tends to do that a lot lately…

It's that useless barrier again! Rejoice!

Jealous of Shannon having lived a fullfilled life, she oaths to crush them alive and torture them untill they finally die. That would never happen though. Genji walks into the barrier and gently takes both of the servants’ lives using his powers after command, so they could at least die peacefuly. He proceeds by asking Renove to do the same to him, ultimately turning himself into the fourth sacrifice.

That's how Genji kills. He touches people on weird places and places rose tatoos on them.

See?

Indeed, just look at them... They're doing nothing but rolling on the floor, snacking and reading manga all day.

Now THAT's a barrier.

She introduces Kumasawa as her ex-teacher, the previous lady to hold the name of Beatrice. Golden butterflies surround Kumasawa as she shines brightly, transforming into her original appearance we’ve seen in the previous episode.

Smirk, GETTO!

-

My thoughts:

OK, one, human Beatrice was really moe moe. I was kinda hoping we’d get to see more of her… Meh. Now I wonder what’s with her eyes. As a child, they were blue. Anime Saimoe Round 4- Groups E1 and F2

Results:

Group E1: Yui (K-ON!) 953, Hinagiku (HnG) 935

Group F2: Azusa (K-ON!) 885, Nagisa (Clannad) 723

Both of the K-ON! girls advances. Yui beats Hinagiku by only 18 votes and proves that she has what it takes to be the champion. Azu-nyan also wins a major battle against Nagisa.

Now that Nagisa is out, Clannad is just about done since Ushio is the only one left. I don’t think she’ll stand a chance against Mihoko while facing Ritsu whom she tied with again.

Next matches:

E2 Pick: Minori    Prediction: Ayumu

F1 Pick: Taiga  Prediction: Taiga

-

Again, we have big matchups. First is Ayumu vs. Minorin. I don’t think Minorin has enough power to take out Ayumu seeing how she eliminated Tomoyo and even a Saki character. However, Taiga could win over Maria. Of course, I’m siding with Taiga all the way.

Brincando com o Paint Tool SAI

Meu segundo desenho no SAI.

00I #3 "Doctor"

00I #3 “Doctor”

There’s a direct link between this chapter and this month’s 00P.

The story begins in a flashback to 22 years ago, AD2290.
Back then, Terisira, who was working as a doctor all over the place with Moreno,
is taught that “People have hearts. And that’s why they can’t be healed without people*.” {literally this is more like “That’s why people can’t be healed by not-people” I’m not really sure of the implication, but because this is something Moreno said, I don’t think it’s “non-humans” since I don’t think he could know about Terisira being an Innovade or anything}
Two years later, Moreno went missing.

Brun’s parents visit Teresira, concerned about Brun’s whereabouts.
In response to their actions, Leif poses the question, “Are they only concerned about Brun because they’re programed to be? Or because they love her?”
In response, Teresia recalls the words of the late Moreno.
“You have a heart. So do I. Since that’s the case, other Innovades are the same.”

At that time, the captured Brun was calling out to Hallelujah with QBW.
The moment Hallelujah thought he’d humor his companion to kill time, the QBW were cut off.
Brun was having blood drawn by the late-Trinity siblings’ creator, Doctor Krähe Lichkeit.
“Help!”
Brun’s QBW resound in Leif and Terisira’s minds.
That voice reached Innovade hunter, Lars as well.

With only her voice to rely on, Leif and co. finally arrived, to find a girl already reduced to a doll-like state.
A large amount of blood had been taken and the girl was comatose.
Before them, Doctor Krähe Lichkeit appeared.
Doctor Krähe sneered at Leif and co. who were asking about Brun’s whereabouts, “Isn’t the thing you’re looking for right under your noses?”
The girl who was in that state was none other than Brun.

Doctor Krähe was aware that the Innovade blood contained the nanomachines responsible for eternal youth.
With a blood transfusion, any human could become immortal. Doctor Krähe spoke of his desire to make that a reality.
The moment Doctor Krähe pointed a gun [at them], Leif restrained him with his combat-Innovade mobility.

In accordance with medical principal, they left that place without killing Doctor Krähe, but shortly after someone blew up the Doctor’s mansion.
At the same time, Allelujah was freed by CB.
(*Second Season episode 3)
“I’m a god, giving these false humans death. Then I’ll give their souls peace!”
Lars shouts. The gun he set up with his left eye, is tied to a thin cord. {not really sure what’s going on here}
To be continued next issue.
{blogger comment} I don’t get the point of Brun’s goth-loli outfit.

You Want This junk

Well i have to admit from the start that I am rather biased on this one lol. I have  been a huuuge fan of junkDrawer since about a year ago when I got a pesky little ghost (thus embarking on a year of increasilgly more tedious gridwide hunts X_X) with some of my absolute favorite things in SL in it. The Nevermore tombstone “seat” has had a place in every home I have had since then (indoors and out.. tombstones make good chairs )  In both my first and second lives my 2 main weaknesses are Dia De Los Muertos and Edgar Allan Poe so anything I find in SL of either I grab but this one is a certain favorite ^^Even now it holds a welcome spot as the centerpiece of my cemetery on my land. A “thinking chair” of sorts, its a safe bet that my arse has perched on it at some point throughout the day lol.

The latest releases from junkDrawer are the absolutely adorable Frou-Frou Kitty Tiara, Punk Tiara, and a matching Punk Collar. The detailing is amazing on these with cute little safety pins and anarchy sign on the punk tiara and little fishbones on the kitty one. They are also completely customizable with tons of options for the cameo textures and resizer script ( which I would be lost without half the time lol i <3 resizer scripts) Absolutely perfect for all of that cute scene hair that has been slowly showing up more frequently lately ^^ So seriously go  grab one asap you know we all have those days where life simply isn’t complete unless enjoyed in a tiara lol.

A prospect that is...

MOOD:

Well, today I’ve been busy with mostly university stuff.
My tutor group had a meeting about how to write a personal statement that was informative, but I’d already heard most of it, and considering I’d already written my personal statement a couple of times (Drafting. Yay!) I really didn’t need to be there.
In other news, I’ve finally been set the essay from Hell on the Pardoner’s Tale by Chaucer, saying if it’s gothic or not. It’s timed for an hour =.=” how time consuming (though probably very worthwhile).
I’m currently shopping for Christmas presents (yes, I’m one of THOSE people) and it’s much more fun than I remember it. Maybe because I have money now XD
Ahh well, better get back to that!
Ii tenki desu ne.
…Ie.

Accepting Self

Things are finally picking up for me. Alright! I’ve been working at the airport for about 3 weeks now. I’ve been listening to some awesome music, watching dope animes and movies, reading, and working out in the mornings. I’m also glad friendships and goals have been falling into place. Before I leave Tampa I’d like to make peace with everything and everyone. I’m sure my random ramblings are sometimes unnecessary, but I feel this is almost like a journal. As always be on the lookout for more cool stuff.

Anime - sezon jesienny 2009 (aktualizacja)

Myślę, że może Was on zainteresować. No i ta Japonka!

Koniec mojego zanudzania, wybaczcie, musiałam Wam to opowiedzieć, a teraz przejdźmy do tego, co dziś chce Wam zaprezentować. A mianowicie do sezonu jesiennego anime.

Druga wersja Miracle Train (pierwsza dotyczyła linii Chuo. Nowa seria nowi bohaterowie – Fumi Roppongi, Rintarou Shinjuku, Izayoi Tsukishima, Iku Shiodome, Saki Tochou, and Itsumi Ryougoku.

Premiera: 04.10.09
Liczba odcinków: –
Dodatek: Promo

Itazura Alien no Daibouken

Opis: Stitch po japońsku, czyli historia Disney’a osadzona w kulturze kraju Kwitnącej Wiśni. A miejscem zdarzeń będzie oryginalna hawajska wyspa.

Premiera: 10.09
Liczba odcinków: –
Filmik: –

Oglądam?: A tu Was zaskoczę xD Zobaczę na pewno:D Stitch to jedna z lepszych bajek jakie widziałam.

A teraz rozpiska.

Addio Shin-chan

http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2009-09-20/body-identified-as-crayon-shin-chan-yoshito-usui

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Episode 76 - Jackman and Carlyn

Jack Atlas, your friendly neighbor-hoodlum.

First of all, congratulations to myself for getting a new PC. Go me! Blogging is now significantly faster!

This episode is about Jack Atlas and his crime-fighting adventures as the hero of all proud D-Wheelers, JACK ATLAS!

Jack screws up an undercover operation and one of Security’s best Duel Chasers, Kazama, ends up injured and unconscious for days. Guilty for his misdoing, Jack vows to avenge Kazama by taking his Synchro Monster. Jack sets out to get back on the D-Wheel thieves that Security have been trying to catch. He ends up in different fighting scenes and desperate situations but comes up strong in the end!

Expect badass Jack and LASERS!!

The episode starts with Jack and Carly hiding in an alley for some reason. No, they’re not doing anything naughty. A quick flashback shows us that Carly informed Jack about some people who steal other people’s D-Wheels. There was an increase of those crimes recently thanks to the WRGP.

Right after the flashback, the D-Wheel thieves arrive and quickly release some parked D-Wheels from their locks and drives off with them. Carly takes pictures of them while Jack pursues them in his D-Wheel. He quickly catches up but the leader, named Syd, suddenly does the unthinkable!

ZOMG! A VISIBLE GUN!!

Futuristic Dominian LASER BEAMS!!

Before Jack gets shot by the laser beam of death, one of Syd’s boys got in the way, telling Syd to stop. Unfortunately for him, Syd doesn’t and his D-Wheel gets fried and falls off to the concrete. Jack nearly hits a divider but stops just in time. He gets off his D-Wheel and checks on the guy when Ushio suddenly arrived.

Much to Jack’s surprise, Ushio knows the guy on the floor. Apparently, his name is Kazama… and he’s a fellow police officer!

LE GASP!

Key Card of the Week, Archfiend Chaos King.

After the OP, Ushio grabs Jack by the collar and blames him for the failed operation. It seems Kazama is a top-ranked Duel Chaser and dislikes people who ruin the pride of D-Wheelers. He vowed to catch the D-Wheel thieves no matter what it took and joined them as an undercover officer.

Last time on Scrubs...

The operation seems to have ended and Jack notices Kazama’s cards on the table. He takes the Synchro Monster on top and claims that he’s going to borrow it for a bit and then leaves.

The Key Card of the Week, sitting atop Kazama's Deck, taken by Jack

Riiiiiiight, leave the obviously staple card...

Ushio and Carly ask where Jack is going and Crow tells Jack not to go. Jack just simply tells them not to get involved and leaves by himself.

In an area which looks like the Daimon area, Jack is seen asking some merchant about D-Wheel thieves, whom have been active around that area. He tells the merchant he has a favor to return to them. The merchant guy gives Jack directions on where to find them but as Jack leaves, the guy makes a call.

Jack reaches an alley where the base is supposedly located but it’s empty. Surprise, surprise. IT’S A TRAP! Jack fends off some attackers in front and back until a guy comes out from above.

Finally, a real fight scene!

It's Goku and his Bo Staff!

He gets beaten and respawns in, ironically, the same hospital, where Ushio, Carly, Crow and Yusei are. Ushio informs him that those aren’t just some D-Wheel thieves, it’s an organized crime group. He gets up again anyway and goes for another round of pain. Yusei tells them not to stop Jack because Jack is trying to make up for his mistakes.

Jack returned to his last saved point.

Night falls and the D-Wheel thieves prepare a truck for their haul. As they prepare to leave, they are again stopped by Jack. Jack approaches the driver and pulls on his collar, asking him where the base’s location is. But it looks he won’t have to look for Syd, Syd and his gang are already there.

Syd and his clones.

Sponsored by Truck Censors, Inc.

Jack was able to fend off attackers from left and right but again, he gets caught off-guard from the one above. He gets beaten down as a result. After the censored beatdown, they leave Jack on the floor. They all drive off back to their main base.

At the main base, the driver says they have to leave the city now. Syd adds that they were almost found by that spy from Security, Kazama. Suddenly, a loud noise is heard and one guy falls from a platform. It was Jack again. The driver asks him how he got there and it seems during the time Jack opened the truck door, he placed a tracer on the driver’s collar.

He learned this trick from BTMN101.

The gang swarms on him again but he simply runs them down with his Wheel of Fortune. Syd attempts to shoot him but Jack hits and runs over his gun. Jack tells them to surrender, he has already notified Security about their base’s location. Syd submits and admits his loss but challenges Jack to Duel before reinforcements arrive for some reason.

Of course, Jack accepts this Duel. But it won’t be an ordinary Duel. They were chained to a conveyor belt and each time their LP decreases, the belt moves, sending them closer to a crushing machine. When their LP completely becomes zero, they will become meat sandwich.

Pointless stipulations, this is Yu-Gi-Oh! at its best!

The obligatory VS screen! Jack vs Syd!

Jack's turn: 4000 LP (Turn 1)

- Summons Mad Archfiend.

- Sets 1 card.

Syd's turn: 4000 LP (Turn 2)

- Summons Assault Wheel.

- Assault Wheel attacks Mad Archfiend. Mad Archfiend shifts into Defense Position when targetted by an attack and Assault Wheel deals piercing damage to a player (Jack: 1700 LP).

- When Assault Wheel attacks, its ATK becomes 0 after damage calculation until his next Standby Phase.

- Sets 2 cards.

Assault Wheel: LV4, 2300 ATK / 0 DEF.

Jack's turn: 1700 LP (Turn 3)

- Special Summons Vice Dragon because he has no monsters while his opponent controls at least one but its stats are halved (ATK 1000).

- He plays Polymerization to fuse Big Piece Golem with Medium Piece Golem to Fusion Summon his Multiple Piece Golem.

- He then Normal Summons his Intercept Archfiend.

- Multiple Piece Golem attacks Syd's Assault Wheel.

- Syd triggers his facedown card, Nightmare Wheel, and equips it to Multiple Piece Golem.

- Vice Dragon attacks Assault Wheel.

- Syd activates his Trap Card, Plunder Decoy. He is able to take control of a Level 4 or lower monster, other than the monster which declared an attack, from Jack's field. He chooses Intercept Archfiend.

- Vice Dragon continues its attack, nevertheless, and destroys Assault Wheel (Syd: 3000 LP).

- Syd uses Intercept Archfiend's effect, when the opponent declares an attack, they take 500 damage (Jack: 1200).

Intercept Archfiend: LV4, 1400 ATK / 1600 DEF.

Syd reveals on his mind that there is a stopper to his conveyor belt, so he won’t really die even if he loses. Jack then claims that Syd is just stalling for time until reinforcements arrive. Syd laughs and tells Jack that Security won’t be able to find them at all. At the docks, it seems Yusei and company arrive. Ushio informs them that a tanker ship was there earlier but immediately left.

Plot twist!!

The Duel continues…

Syd's turn: 3000 LP (Turn 4)

- In his Standby Phase, Jack takes 500 damage thanks to Nightmare Wheel (Jack: 700).

- Summons a Tuner Monster, Cannon Wheel.

- He tunes LV4 Intercept Archfiend and LV2 Cannon Wheel to Synchro Summon his Combat Wheel.

- When Cannon Wheel is used as a Synchro Material Monster, the opponent takes 500 damage (Jack: 200 LP).

- Combat Wheel attacks Vice Dragon.

- Jack activates his Nightmare Archfiends and tributes Vice Dragon to Special Summon 3 Nightmare Archfiend Tokens to Syd's field.

- Because the attack target disappeared, he chooses not to continue the Battle Phase.

- Activates Block Dugout, as long as the total levels of monsters on his field are higher than Jack's, Jack cannot attack.

Cannon Wheel (right): Tuner LV2, 500 ATK.

Combat Wheel: Synchro LV6, 2500 ATK / 1200 DEF.

Jack's turn: 200 LP (Turn 5)

- Summons his Tuner Monster, Sinister Sprocket.

- Tunes LV1 Sinister Sprocket with his LV6 Multiple Piece Golem to Synchro Summon Kazama's card, Archfiend Chaos King!

- Because Multiple Piece Golem disappeared on the field, Nightmare Wheel is destroyed.

- Through Sinister Sprocket's effect, Block Dugout is destroyed as well.

- Syd activates Combat Wheel's effect: By discarding 1 card, Combat Wheel gains half of all the ATK of his other monsters (ATK: 5500). In addition, Jack cannot attack any other monsters on the field.

- Jack orders Archfiend Chaos King to attack Combat Wheel. Through its effect, Combat Wheel's ATK and DEF are switched (ATK: 1200). Archfiend Chaos King destroys Combat Wheel (Syd: 1600).

- Because Combat Wheel was destroyed, all monsters on Syd's field are also destroyed. All Nightmare Archfiend Tokens are destroyed.

- Because the Nightmare Archfiend Tokens are destroyed, Syd takes 800 damage for each of them. There were 3 at that time so he takes 2400 damage! (Syd: 0 LP)

- Jack emerges as the winner!

The Key Card of the Week, Archfiend Chaos King, making its apperance: Synchro LV7, 2600 ATK / 2600 DEF.

Syd doesn’t seem to be worried, his belt has a stopper but then it fails on him, he almost gets crushed but Jack picks him up, raises him high, punches him in the face and throws down to his goons! He tops it off with an amazing laugh of doom!

When the police open the door, Jack had already taken care of everyone inside, piling them up like trash.

After an unspecified amount of time...

Back at the hospital, Kazama had regained consciousness and Jack returns the Synchro Monster to him. Kazama can’t believe that Jack defeated Syd on his own and Jack says it’s all thanks to Security’s efforts and Ushio feels flattered. Kazama promises that he will have a Riding Duel with Jack when he gets better and Jack accepts.

Epic still shot time.

Syd hasn’t heard of police choppers and boats before.

And yes! I am now using a new interface for the blog! Which is hardly noticeable.

Now this is a fun Jack. More fighting scenes and less talk. The way he disposed of Syd was epic win. The best thing I’ve ever seen in a long while. I wonder how 4Kids will molest that scene.

Well… this is another filler… but at least it’s an entertaining one.

Apparently, Archfiend Chaos King is also a created card from a drawing contest.

Before...

After!

Next episode is about Luciano, a new transfer student in Duel Academia. He may be one of the Yliaster people!

Oh, right. This is a bit late but there’s now a teaser trailer out for the 10th Anniversary Movie site.

This is the Bunny Chief, over and out!

Umineko no Naku Koro ni - Episode 12: Caslting

This chapter is totally different from what we’ve already seen. Just by watching the new Opening scenes, I realised it will be mostly focusing on Beatrice and other witches. And yes, I couldn’t be more right, it seems… The episode starts in the past, where the Beatrice we know is still a kid, having trouble at home because she broke one of her father’s vases. A golden butterfly flies around, and a witch she calls Beatrice magically appears before her. She adresses her as ‘Princess’ and is willing to help her fix the vase in a way the Master (Her father, most probably) won’t be angry at her, using magic, of course. She tells her that the source of magical power is no else than the power of belief, and so, he asks her to wish for it strongly. The vase is back to normal but not for long, as she explains that the fate of something breaking can’t be avoided easily. As she finishes her sentence, a cat runs wild into the house and breaks the vase -again- leaving the servants who run after it in a state of panic. Further explanation about magic is given, concluding that it’s really hard to fix something that’s broken. However, it’s not impossible. The person who taught the witch (The Beatrice of that time, that is) about magic is told to be able to use Eternal Magic, a kind of magic which lasts forever, on the contrary of the temporary magic Beatrice used to fix the vase. That level of magic is a level all witches should reach, and the ones who achieve it are given the title of an “Endless Witch” –a kind of witch who knows no limits, who defies the concept of breaking. According to Beatrice, these witches are freed from the sadness of losing things and are promised eternal bliss. As she walks off, young Beatrice asks her if she’ll also be happy if ever she becomes one. The witch gently pats her head, and tells her that it’s possible with lots of training. Young Beatrice finally asks her to become her disciple and she agrees. Someplace else, a younger Kinzo is arguing with Eva, who wants to have the same responsibilites as Krauss in the family. He strongly refuses to it, telling her her place should be to leave their family and marry a man who’s gonna be profitable to him. As he starts coughing due to his health issues, he orders her to get out and leave him alone with his son. Eva is later seen alone, sitting outside and talking to herself about her feelings of hate about Krauss and Kinzo. Ultimately she accepts her fate and wishes to become a good lady and find someone worth marrying -someone Krauss wouldn’t even be a match for. A woman appears in front of her out of thin air, probably an even younger incarnation of herself. She claims to be the same being as Eva and strongly refuses to give in to Kinzo’s arrogant wishes. This meeting is not their first one, however. Sometime in the past they swore together they’d become the head of the Ushiromiya Family no matter what. The mysterious girl tells her to turn her anger into magical power and believe in her, so her magic can create a miracle. Eva agrees to believe in her, and as everything turns dark, she chants about the Golden Land. The Eva of now finally wakes up from her dream (Which we were witnessing). Their boat has reached Rokkenjima. This time we get to see another one of the younger characters’ picnic, where the four cousins and Shannon attend. Battler learns about George’s relationship with Shannon through Jessica, and later they all make an oath they’ll always stay friends, putting their parents’ matters aside. Back to the game room now… Beato and Battler have both taken their respective seats and the Witch declares the beginning of their new game. Winds, thunders and waves gather around the island, cutting it off from the rest of the world. Remember the rose Maria was always searching for? Well, after the explanation about magic on the beginning of the episode, it’s now kinda clear what happened. The scene changes to the gardens, where Maria asks Beatrice to fix the rose they marked earlier (As seen in Chapter I). The little girl is amazed by the Witch’s powers and wishes to become a witch like her one day. Beatrice gives her a letter and concludes to telling Maria she also had the same wish when she was a child. The little girl takes it (along with Beatrice’s umbrella) and runs off. As the rain keeps falling wild, Kinzo throws his ring into the air and a lightning strikes it, throwing it towards Beatrice’s position. She stretches her hand out to take it, only for a male witch dressed like a buttler to appear and catch it instead. The scene changes once more to the game room and Beatrice starts with the introductions. The new witch’s name is Renove, a great demon ranked as the 27th noble of Hell, another piece of Beatrice’s furniture. Back to the mansion’s dining hall, Maria is reading the letter given to her by Beatrice. Natsuhi finds the letter as an insult to the Ushiromiya family and her husband, who’s officially the one to take over after Kinzo’s death. The other siblings agree and decide to go ask Kinzo for themselves, thus leaving the cousins behind along with Gohda, Genji and Kyrie -a new character introduced into this chapter. Kyrie asks Maria more about the person who gave her the letter. Maria’s responses are the same as ever though… The cousins procceed into a sleeping room, where Maria falls asleep. Battler, who hasn’t had much screentime the whole time, theorizes that this all is a game by Kinzo, and Beatrice’s name is used to cause an uproar. Jessica has less trouble believeing in what Maria said, however, as she knows of an old rumor about someone they dont know about lived on the island. The elder siblings gather again, having been rejected by their father. Out of all, Natsuhi suspects the servants who used the excuse of being too busy making beds to see Maria in the gardens. Much to her displeasment though, Rudolf brings up a rumor of over 30 years ago: The rumor about Kinzo’s mistress who lived in the forests of this island. From her words on the letter, Krauss assumes she has the gold, leaving the other siblings worried. After they think again however, they start doubting her being in possesion of the gold, mostly because there was no reason to reveal that. Kyrie turns the chessboard around for them, agreeing with their previous statements that Beatrice most likely has the gold. The Ushiromiyas wouldn’t just give the inheritance to a mistress who declared a game by herself, unless by the use of a compelling force, of course. A condition that would make them glad to give her the inheritance, in other words -According to Eva- ten tons of gold. The game is now seen as a good trade by everyone except Natsuhi, who thinks of it as an insult. Nobody cares about what she says anyway. Rudolf brings up the possibility of the gold costing as much as 20 billion yen in the market. That’s a lot more than the inheritance. Eva disagrees with giving her the inheritance but her reasons are stopped by her husband who reminds her she wouldn’t get anything of the inheritance in the first place. While Kyrie explains that by writting that letter Beatrice has created a risk with her, Eva is busy listening to the “Other Eva’s” thoughts about how this is their final chance to become the family head. Tic, toc, the clock rings again and we’re moved back to the game room. Renove is now serving his master and Batter tea and cake. Battler has now come with another theory for himself, that Beatrice might exist on the island not as a witch, but as a normal mistress. This way, he cant suspect any of the 18. The witch tries to scare Battler by telling him she can prove only 18 people are on the island by saying it in red letters. This time Battler takes up the challenge and asks her to repeat that there are no more 18 people on the island. This brings her in a tough position. Ensuring there are no more than 18 persons on the island would mean the culprit is someone among them, and that the deaths weren’t carried out by a witch’s magic. Beatrice refuses to repeat that. Good job Battler, you have her cornered now… or maybe not? That brings Battler into believing no one of the 18 is the murdere -that there is a 19th person on the island, the human Beatrice. This time he orders her to repeat that there are at least 19 people on the island. She refuses in confusion. With this, Battler can now use a 19th person for his theories, or maybe even a 20th, a 21st or even more theoritical characters. Beatrice decides to show why she refused to speak in red for Battler’s first move… We’re back to the room where the siblings were discussing again. Rosa seems to be acting weird and Hideyoshi is the first to realise. He asks her if she’s okay, and as everybody’s listening to what she says, she reveals that Beatrice cant be alive because she killed her. - Thoughts: Hmmm, the episode was really good. I liked to learn more about Beatrice’s past. It seemed like we knew nothing about her… As I said before, now that the concept of magic and witches is generally accepted by the series, what chance does poor Battler stands? Beatrice seems to be always a step ahead him. I liked the addition of new characters. Now the game room is full of life! OK, maybe not… Battler brought Beatrice into a difficult position for the first time now, interesting. The reason she wouldn’t respond to his first request was shown, but what about the second? If the human Beatrice is dead, there are now supposedely 18 people on the island and we have actually someone to suspect. Hmm, maybe Eva? I doubt it though. Kyrie seems to be a big influence toward’s Battler’s way of thinking. What could her role in this story be? I dont remember her talking the other two chapters… And what about Rosa? She killed Beatrice? That’s a new, wow. I guess we’ll have more than one adult staying alive for longer in this chapter. Then again, we might not, as Eva is the main adult to be featured. I wouldn’t mind some more Rosa though… She came to be my favourite of the adults.

Episode III-I Caslting

This chapter is totally different from what we’ve already seen. Just by watching the new Opening scenes, I realised it will be mostly focusing on Beatrice and other witches. And yes, I couldn’t be more right, it seems…

New witches!

Wait... BUNNYGRILS? In my Umineko?!

What the heck?

I swear! These two are half the reason I watch Umineko!

Beatrice #2... or should I say #1?

The episode starts in the past, where the Beatrice we know is still a kid, having trouble at home because she broke one of her father’s vases.

Loli Beatrice, GETTO!

Two... Evas?!

The new witch’s name is Renove, a great demon ranked as the 27th noble of Hell, another piece of Beatrice’s furniture.

Renove-kun, who also shares Kyon's seiyuu

Back to the mansion’s dining hall, Maria is reading the letter given to her by Beatrice. Natsuhi finds the letter as an insult to the Ushiromiya family and her husband, who’s officially the one to take over after Kinzo’s death. Eva, dear, you're hearing voices again...

THE SILENT MOE! SHE TALKED THIS TIME!

Nani, nani, Beatrice-sama? Having trouble, are we?

That brings Battler into believing no one of the 18 is the murdere -that there is a 19th person on the island, the human Beatrice. This time he orders her to repeat that there are at least 19 people on the island. She refuses in confusion. THERE! I know you were a murderer!

Anime Saimoe Round 2 Groups G and H- Day 3

Results:

Group G2-1: Mihoko (Saki) 683 , Mikoto (Index) 599, Touma (Minami-Ke) 71

Group H2-1: Nodoka (Saki) 702, Yoshika (SW) 397, Zange (Kannagi) 204

Both Saki characters advance! Too bad for Mikoto, but she’ll be back next year possibly stronger. Why are the Saki characters so moe?

Next match:

Picks: Ritsu, Chika

Predictions: Ushio, Miyako

These matches are hard to call. I like both Ritsu and Ushio, but I don’t know who to go with. I’ll put Ritsu for now. For the other one, it could go either way between Chika and Miyako. I guess some Saki characters don’t stand out.

After this, round 3 will commence.

Detroit Metal City

Jovem,

Ohhh you lovers of anime...

So, last year I made up a fun little, “let’s kill time” game.  The rules:  You must go to youtube.com and type in any artist/song THEN type the words “anime” and “music video” after it.  I had forgotten all about it until a few nights ago when I introduced it to Cole.  We were able to kill a good couple of hours with it; however, the ‘couple of hours’ took place after 2 am… is that a good thing?  I don’t know.  Back to the game.

So you can’t put a song that is too obscure or else it isn’t that fun anymore.  So far, there were only a couple of songs that we couldn’t find videos for — the one I remember being Achy Breaky Heart.  Now the only explanation that I can think of for this phenomena would be that the song sucks so much ass, that even the nerdiest of the anime nerd doesn’t want to listen to it long enough to throw a bunch of clips together.  This is a challenge going out to anyone reading this : make me an anime video to the song Achy Breaky Heart.  It can be as crappy as possible, I don’t care… I just want to know that its out there waiting to be watched. (You are probably thinking, “why not just do it yourself?” Well, I don’t want to listen to it either.)

So doing this little activity really reminded me just how much the anime-obsessed really get on my nerves.  Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against those who watch it recreationally -  a few movies here and there and the occasional few TV shows that you watch but tell your friends that you “only watch them because the plotlines are so good.” Hey, I know where your coming from; I watched Teen Titans. (I only watched it for the good plotlines — I promise!)  Yeah, that is fine.  Hell, even read some manga if you wish… (but if I catch you jerking it to that hentai crap then we are going to have to talk…)  It is those culture-obsessed, cat ear wearing, geeks that make the music videos that I love making fun of so much.  I mean, comeon, how can someone not find you annoying if you are in your room with a boner while you compile a music video of Dragonball Z clips to Scatman.

But hey, before you bring it up, to whoever makes me the Billy Ray Cyrus MV, I won’t judge you.

(Disclaimer:  This blog post is not meant to offend anyone… and I don’t own Scatman….)

In my next blog I will hopefully post up the pictures that I have on my phone of the South Austin pedophilic ice cream truck that keeps driving around my ‘hood.

Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva trailer

Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva is Not a Kanye West tribute album to the nintendo Puzzle game but it is actually a full-length Movie coming out on December 19th in Japan as I found out by visiting Kotaku.com

I am super excited as the attached trailer looks extremely great. Full of flying helicopter planes, masked henchmen and swordfighting, it looks like Professor Layton is at it again!

I clicked on it and you should too!

özellikle çizimlere bayıldım.. hele o gökyüzü.. her an farklı bir yansıma.. kesinlikle kusursuz.. ayrıntılara önem veriyorsanız sizi son derece memnun edecektir..

Shin-chan creator missing

Yoshito Usui, [51], known as the creator of Crayon Shin-chan has been missing since Friday. The police has started a search operation but till now there is no evidence of where the artist might be.

Speaking of Shin-chan, I proudly say that this is the first anime I ever saw. And it was dubbed in german then I saw it in my native language. Anyway, it’s sad that a person is gone missing and his family and friends are worried.

Shin-chan

La via della salvezza

Io: Se sei Dio devi dimostrarlo a chi crede in te.

Abbiamo perso sempre e in modo tragico.

Dio è vedere oltre i limiti umani.

Naruto Shippuden back on TV! Disney XD

naruto wallpaper from Viz

Since I have a 3 year old son I watch a lot of Disney Channel. He doesnt really watch Disney XD because it is geared towards older children. But that won’t stop me from watching it  now that Naruto Shippuden will start airing on Disney XD in October.

Read the announcement from VIZ entertainment  HERE. And while you are at it, check out VIZ’s Naruto website. Yes you can watch streaming episodes, but I’ve just been waiting to see episodes back on my television, so I’ll be waiting until next month to watch on Time Warner Cable. I’m sure there will be some editing involved but I don’t mind. I actually watch this stuff for the story.

NEEDLESS ep 10

Yes, I know NEEDLESS ep 10 was broadcasted last week, but forgive me, I’m bored waiting for ep 11 to be released.

Basically, NEEDLESS is an action comedy produced by the same animation staff who brought you Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, so you can expect some similarities. Ep 10 tells the story of how Blade partnered with Seto and Solva. [Note: NO SPOILERS]

First off, is it just me, or does Seto bear a really uncanny resemblance to Fate from Nanoha?

In short, Blade and Seto were hired to get rid of some bandits.

At the enemies’ building, Seto and Blade were captured…

… and then rescued.

Blade and Seto then proceed to defeat the enemies.

Their reward? Photo with sunflowers…

… and a new member to their party.

THE END.

One thing to note is that while Saki specialises in nopantsu fanservice, NEEDLESS’s attraction is in the pantsu shots:

Death Note
